This website is operated by History Front, an independent UK business operated as a sole trader.

Throughout this website, the terms “History Front”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business trading as History Front.

History Front provides this website, including the information, products, services, features and tools available through it, subject to these Terms of Service.

By visiting our website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any other policies referenced on our website, including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

2. Our Online Store

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to display and sell our products and services to you.

You must not use our website, products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

You must not attempt to introduce viruses, malicious code or other technology that could damage, disrupt or interfere with our website, services or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or our website is being misused.

3. Products

History Front sells history-inspired apparel, gifts, collectibles and other products.

Many of our products are produced individually after an order is placed rather than being held as pre-produced stock.

Our made-to-order production model allows us to offer a wider range of historical designs while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.

The fact that a standard product is produced after an order is placed does not by itself mean that the product is personalised or bespoke, and does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Products that are genuinely personalised or customised to your individual specifications may be subject to different cancellation and return rules where permitted by applicable law.

4. Product Images and Colours

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, designs, colours and images accurately.

Many product images on History Front are digital product mock-ups or representations showing how a design is expected to appear when produced.

Because products are physically manufactured and printed, minor variations may occur between a digital product image and the finished product.

Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen, device, display settings, garment material and production process.

These reasonable variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to your contract.

5. Historical Content

History Front is a history-focused brand, and our products and website may contain references to historical people, conflicts, organisations, quotations, symbols, events and ideas.

Historical content is provided in the context of history, education, commentary, humour, art or product design.

While we make reasonable efforts to create historically informed products and content, historical information can be subject to interpretation, disagreement and continuing research.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, historical information provided through our website is for general informational and creative purposes and should not be treated as professional, academic or scholarly advice.

6. Prices

Prices displayed on our website may vary depending on your location, currency, taxes, promotions and other applicable factors.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before an order is placed.

Changing a product's price after you have completed an accepted order will not alter the agreed price for that order, except where there has been an obvious pricing error or where otherwise permitted by law.

Where required, applicable taxes will be included in or added to the price shown at checkout.

7. Free Worldwide Shipping

History Front currently offers free standard shipping worldwide on eligible orders.

Available delivery services and estimated delivery times may vary according to the products ordered and delivery destination.

Free worldwide shipping refers to our standard shipping service and does not necessarily include:

• Express or upgraded delivery services
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Local handling or clearance charges
• Charges imposed independently by authorities or third parties

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotional or free shipping offers for future orders.

Any shipping terms applicable when you place your order will be shown on our website or during checkout.

8. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties or other charges depending on the destination country and the location from which an order is fulfilled.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• There has been an obvious pricing or listing error
• Payment cannot be authorised
• We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
• An order appears to have been placed for unauthorised resale
• We cannot legally supply the product to the requested destination

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Many History Front products enter production shortly after an order is placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at support@historyfront.com as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed before production or fulfilment begins.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.

11. Production and Fulfilment

History Front works with third-party production and fulfilment partners, including Printful, to manufacture and dispatch many of our products.

Orders may therefore be produced and shipped from different facilities depending on:

• Your location
• Product availability
• Production capacity
• Product type
• Other fulfilment requirements

Where possible, orders may be fulfilled from a production facility reasonably located to serve your destination efficiently.

As a result, items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Your purchase remains with History Front. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us rather than the production facility.

12. Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times provided on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Production times, carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, strikes, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

If an order appears to be lost, substantially delayed or otherwise affected by a delivery problem, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights relating to delivery.

13. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

We currently offer a 30-day voluntary returns policy, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.

For non-faulty products, including where you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or colour, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges for non-faulty products. Where eligible, you can return the original product for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product, size or colour.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us so that we can investigate and make it right.

Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

14. Personalised Products

Products genuinely personalised or customised to your individual specifications may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return where an applicable legal exception applies.

This may include products created specifically using a customer's own name, wording, photograph, artwork or other individual customisation.

This does not affect your rights where a personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.

Selecting a standard History Front design, garment size or standard colour does not by itself make a product personalised.

15. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, History Front may offer discounts, promotions, multi-buy offers or promotional codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discount codes may be subject to expiry dates
• Certain products may be excluded
• Promotions may not be combined
• Promotional conditions must be satisfied for the discount to apply

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions for future purchases.

If a promotion has specific terms, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms of Service.

Your statutory rights are not affected by purchasing an item using a discount or promotion.

16. Gift Cards

Where available, History Front gift cards may be used in accordance with the conditions displayed when the gift card is purchased.

Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

Lost, stolen or improperly used gift cards may not be replaceable unless required by law.

17. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate.

Occasionally, information may contain errors or omissions relating to matters such as:

Purchasing a History Front product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property contained in its design.

19. User Reviews, Comments and Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, feedback or other content to History Front, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

You must not submit content that:

• Is unlawful
• Infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is knowingly false or misleading
• Contains malicious software
• Is threatening, defamatory or abusive
• Impersonates another person

Where you submit content for publication on our website, you grant History Front a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with operating, promoting and improving History Front, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

Participation may be subject to separate programme terms, including requirements relating to:

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, products sold through History Front are intended for personal consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or commercial interruption arising from a consumer purchase, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performing an obligation where that failure or delay results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, internet or infrastructure failures, government action or significant disruption affecting production or delivery networks.

This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

28. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
